Gene Gaynor pledges to work on behalf of the residents of Lancaster, CA by directing his energies to:

Work with law enforcement for public safety. Create a friendly business atmosphere to attract new business and help our already established businesses. Support and work with our schools,students and teachers to improve the education of our children. Partner with the health care industry to ensure that our residents have sufficient access to medical care. Support our seniors with transportation and easy acccess to shopping, and above all, listen to the community and give those who cannot attend the ability to view City Counsel meetings.
