Questions & Answers

1. What are your qualifications for office?

As an engineer, a father, and a community leader, I have the experience and skills necessary to help lead our county to a prosperous future. With my real world experience, I bring new energy and commitment to a system that desperately needs to be fixed.

2. How would you implement your top priority?

I am the only candidate that has taken the Americans for Tax Reform pledge to not raise taxes. The Monzel NO TAX pledge is that I pledge to vote against ALL tax increase and work to cut Hamilton County's already high tax rates. As an elected official, I have voted against every tax increase proposal and helped lead the successful effort to rollback Cincinnati property taxes.
