Questions & Answers

1. What are your qualifications for office?

I believe that I have the voice and the vision to lead the Clerk of Courts office in a new direction. The people of Hamilton county deserve an alternative in the court system and I am that alternative. We have a duty as public servants to ensure a more responsible and more responsive government for the people we serve.

2. How would you implement your top priority?

I will make it my top priority to examine the records system of the Clerk of Courts office and eliminate any sensitive information that can be accessed via the internet. I will open a dialogue with national, state, and local lawmakers to ensure that any action complies with current laws regarding privacy and access to public information. It will be my mission to protect our citizens sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers, from getting into the wrong hands.
