1. What are your qualifications for office?

Answer from Greg Hartmann:

I have been practicing law for 7 years and I understand the role of the Clerk of Courts in delivering service to the legal community and the public at large.


2. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Greg Hartmann:

I am working to better protect citizen privacy by convening a panel of respected judges, lawyers, business leaders, and court personnel to address the critical issue of citizen privacy on the internet, yet continue my legal responsibility to provide full and open access to public records.

The answer must not exceed 50 words for the first question (Qualifications), and 75 words for the second (Top Priority). Direct references to opponents are not permitted.
