Bring the State Budget into Balance
Reduce spending, without adding additional debt.
Restore Local Control of Schools
Under the current system, the state Legislature runs the Schools, not the locally elected School Boards. This needs to be fixed.
Reform the Redistricting Process
In a democracy, the voters are supposed to choose their representatives. But in California, the representatives choose their voters. This needs to be fixed.
