1. What can be done to ensure that California gets its fair share of federal resources?

Answer from Charles R. "Chuck" Coleman, Jr.:

First, we have to put the federal government in a position so it has resources to give. We have to establish a UN presense in Iraq which would allow us to bring our troops home. Thus far, we've spent about $175 billion for the war.

Second, we have to vote "no" on extending the current administation's "Leave No Millionaire Behind" tax cut.

These two actions will increase the federal government's resources and allow for the states to get more needed dollars.

2. What are your foreign policy priorities for the United States?

Answer from Charles R. "Chuck" Coleman, Jr.:

1. Establish a UN presense in Iraq, which would allow Iraqis to move forward toward rebuilding the country and to have elections. This would also put an end to the fat no-bid contracts that went out to Halliburton & Bechtel.

This would also enable us to bring our troops home -- where they belong.

2. Ending our involvement in Iraq will allow us to focus on the Palestinian/Israeli conflict, which has been put on hold for far too long by the current administration.

If we can bring the Israelis & Palestinians together, then we simultaneously go a long way towards helping our own problem with terrorism.

3. What are your priorities for the federal budget?

Answer from Charles R. "Chuck" Coleman, Jr.:

We have to start having balanced budgets. We need to identify waste(and we all know there's lots of it) and eliminate it.

We need to make headway towards reducing our $7 trillion debt.
