Dear Fellow Democrat:

I am runnning for the Democratic County Central Committee to help revitalize and unify our local Party.

As a City Attorney, labor negotiator and the current President of the Raoul Wallenberg Jewish Democratic Club, I offer our party leadership, experience, and a tested ability to identify common interests and forge solutions.

As a devoted husband, and father of two young daughters, I seek this position with maturity and perspective about life's priorities. If elected, I will use my position to support Democrats and policy issues that speak most passionately to me -- thos that focus on our kids, schools andn parks; on the realities of our City and State budget; and, most importantly, on the responsibility of government to deliver actual services that improve our lives.

I am passionate about our Party and am prepared to fight for core Democratic values in November 2004 and beyond.

I would be hononred if you considered my candidacy and I respectfully ask for your vote.

Sincerely,

Phil Ginsburg
