Shall the rules that apply to labor negotiations with the uniformed members of the Police and Fire departments also apply to labor negotiations with the deputy sheriffs?

Summary:
Measure F is a Charter amendment that would reclassify deputy sheriffs so that they are subject to the same rules for labor negotiations as uniformed members of the Police and Fire departments.

Meaning of Voting Yes/No
A YES vote of this measure means:
If you vote "yes," you want deputy sheriffs to be subject to the same rules for labor negotiations as uniformed members of the Police and Fire departments.

A NO vote of this measure means:
If you vote "no," you do not want deputy sheriffs to be subject to the same rules for labor negotiations as uniformed members of the Police and Fire departments.
