Work Experience

1995-Present, Owner, Baron Engraving

1987-1995, College Hill Engraving, Production Manager

My father purchased College Hill Engraving in 1987 as a part time side business operated out of our home. I was attending the University of Cincinnati as a freshman in 1987. By the end of 1987 the opportunity to make College Hill Engraving a full time job was obvious. I chose to leave UC for the engraving business. Over the next 8 years we grew the business to an extent that made it a great opportunity for me to purchase College Hill Engraving from my father. In September 1995 I purchased a commercial building located at 4068 W. 8th St. in Price Hill. In November of 1995 I purchased College Hill Engraving from my father. I have since grown College Hill Engraving to a business employing 7 full and part time employees. As of August 2001 I have relocated the business to a larger building located at 4131 Glenway Avenue in Price Hill.

Civic Involvement

2000-Present, President, Price Hill Civic Club

2001-Present, Commissioner, City of Cincinnati Planning Commission

2002-2003, Chair-Elect, Hamilton County Planning Partnerhip

I have taken great pride in my involvement in Price Hill and the West Side of Cincinnati. I was appointed to The Planning Commission in April of 2001 and have now taken an active role in planning the future of Cincinnati. I was born and raised in Price Hill and currently my wife, Ann and our two children Alex and Lilly live in Price Hill.

Education Elder High School, Graduated, 1986

Personal My wife Ann and I have two children Alex age 2 and Lilly age 1. We live in Price Hill and participate in a variety of local activities. I established Party on the Hill, a one-day street festival held in late summer for the last four years. I make every effort to participate in my parish activities at St. William parish in Price Hill. My two favorite hobbies are politics and massive amounts of time with my kids whenever possible.
