An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Mariemont, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES at a rate not exceeding one and ninety-three hundredths (1.93) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to nineteen and three-tenths cents ($0.193) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2003, first due in calendar year 2004.
