An additional tax for the benefit of the Mariemont City School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding five and five tenths (5.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifty-five cents ($0.55) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2003, first due in calendar year 2004. FOR THE TAX LEVY AGAINST THE TAX LEVY
