Improvement of the City's infrastructure, including public safety is a very high priority.
Improvement of the City's infrastructure, including public safety is a very high priority. We need to attract new businesses and we need to make this a business friendly environment. That is vital to our future economy. Too much of the work force is still commuting to the San Jose and Bay areas.

We need to complete Highway 132 and develop a cross town bypass. We need to improve access to Beard Industrial Park and develop other industrial parks. Of course the problem is that these important project will require funding.

Without reestablishing confidence in government, we cannot achieve this objective. But once confidence in local government has been restored, I intend to promote seeking funding for these projects. One such alternative would be for the voters to decide upon a half-cent sales tax dedicated solely towards these transportation projects.
