Montara Water and Sanitary District is here to serve your water, sewer, trash, and recycling needs. I have worked successfully for 8 years and I am asking for your vote for 4 more years.

Our community is made up hard-working folks like you: moms, dads, sons, daughters, and grandparents.

You haven't had to worry about whether sewers will get waste water to the sewer plant. You haven't had to think twice about whether your trash will be taken away for disposal. I don't want you to have to worry about whether there will be enough high quality water either.

You want to know that the job will get done, and you want it at rates you can afford.

My job is to make sure that happens. As a board member my job is make sure we have a long-term plan and the resources to enact that plan with sound financial planning. The plan comes from what you and the other folks in the community want.

I have successfully done this for the last 8 years. I will continue to do it as we make the very-newly acquired water division into what it must be to serve your needs: with affordable rates, better pipes, pumps and storage tanks, and, of course, critically needed new water supplies.

Please come to the MWSD 1st Annual Water System Public Workshop to discuss rate options and new system improvements on Saturday Nov. 8th, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Farallone View School.
