If elected to the City Council, I plan to move back to Los Altos and attend a local university while serving my term.Many people have asked me over the past few weeks how I plan to serve if elected to this office. This simple but important question has an even more simple answer. My plan is, if elected, to move back to Los Altos to serve my term. I would apply to transfer to local colleges in the spring of 2004, while taking classes at Foothill College, and would resume my education at a four year university that fall. I would, using this strategy, be able to graduate at exactly the same time my term ends, in fall of 2007. I believe that if the other city council members can work a full time job, I can be a full time student as well as being a great city council member. |
