My Voting Record
As Palo Alto's Zoning Administrator and Chief Planner from 1987 to 1997, and as a City Councilmember since 2000, I have listened to the public. It is clear to me that Palo Altans do not want their council to make decisions for them. Palo Altans want their council to make decisions with them.
