This is my expository on the problems in the district and what I foresee as the solutions to those problems. I have recently distributed this paper in printed form. It's a little long, but I found it necessary to go into a lot of depth to properly discuss the district.

This email illustrates the poor working conditions in the district. No one seems to care about this. I put this in because I want you to see what your tax dollars don't do. I had to protect the employee by not giving out his name, phone or email.
