Bond issue
College of Marin has not upgraded its total facilities for over 3 decades. We desperately need 21st century facilities in order of effectively and efficiently serve our students/community.
Selection of President and establishing an effective communications system
In order to pursue our bond issue and establish effective communications both within our college community and with the Marin community as a whole we need to exert maximum effort in the selection process.
Successful completion of both the facilities and academic master plans.
We are currently preparing our master plans for both facilities and academia which will guide us into the next decade and they are both essential for any successful institution that wants to survive.
