A regional traffic mitigation plan must be imposed on all North Bay communities.
Highway 101 traffic is a disgrace, a catastrophe. A coherent regional traffic plan must be imposed on all North Bay communities. This plan must be multimodal: ferries, rail, local jitney service, buses, BART extension, and 101 widening including HOV and TOLL lanes. Marin must also pass a transit tax measure in order to qualify for matching federal transit funding.
