- Assure accurate, complete and timely data for board of trustee decisions
- Support the development of a plan to increase enrollment to increase revenue
- Development of 3 to 5 year strategic and financial plan to guide effective decision making
- Re-format school financial reports so the public can clearly understand sources and uses of funds
- Develop board practices so the community can be better informed and participative in board decision-making
- Create a culture to value input from staff and teachers
