Candidate for
Director; Castroville Water District

I am a husband, father of four, and grandfather of four. I have been a member of this community for 18 years. For the last 11 years, I have served on the Castroville Water District board. In my efforts to become an informed board member I have taken some of the classes leading to a certification in water treatment through Hartnell College. I have also earned a Masters in Governance through the Special Districts Institute.

I am seeking reelection because I believe that it is important to maintain local control over Castroville water resources. As a Castroville resident, I, like you, have a vested interest in maintaining water that is clean, safe, and affordable.
