Free and Appropriate Public Education

Candidate for Governing Board Member; Manhattan Beach Unified School District

Provide F.A.P.E. Free and Appropriate Public Education to all children.
State and Federal Regulations mandate that all school districts including The Manhattan Beach Unified School District provide each child with a Free and Appropriate Public Education.

Students within the Manhattan Beach Unified School District have a right to an individualized appropriate education program which will allow each child, upon completion of their education, to be able to read, write and perform needed tasks to successfully compete in an ever complex and competitive business world of today.

The Manhattan Beach Unified School District needs to adopt the position that educating our children is more cost effective than litigation.
