Position Papers
Increase income by encouraging business
I'll use tax incentives, tax credits, reforming Worker's Compensation laws, liability tort reform, and whatever it takes to keep and create jobs for Californians.
Repair the State Constitution to decrease spending & increase revenue
Make California's budget revenue based, not spending based and not allow deficit spending; encourage a fair tax structure (flat tax) or at least increase taxes to the wealthy; increase voter participation; don't allow public employees to make state political contributions; further reform campaign laws.
Make California discrimination free
I will not tolerate discrimination by anyone against anyone, regardless of race, color, national origin, sexual preference, disability, age, gender, religion or anything else that may set people apart. I want California to be the first state in the USA to be truly united! We can be an example for all.
