- Replace the Police Facility
- Build a new Fire Station 14 (expect completion,10/03)
- Implement Performance Based Budgeting, Fiscal Year 03-04
- Build a Bike/Pedestrian Bridge at 101 Interchange
- Re-engineer - Development Review Process nearly complete
