Your input, along with my finance background and positive personality, will help to ensure the 12 previously approved Citywide Priorities are completed on schedule. They are:
  • Build the New Library
  • Enhance the 101/Ralston Interchange
  • Begin spending the RDA Bond Priorities - Bury Utilities
  • Reach consensus on the Harbor Industrial Area
  • Develop a Low-Moderate Income Housing Strategy
  • Undertake Visioning and General Plan Update
  • Develop Traffic Policies
  • Replace the Police Facility
  • Build a new Fire Station 14 (expect completion,10/03)
  • Implement Performance Based Budgeting, Fiscal Year 03-04
  • Build a Bike/Pedestrian Bridge at 101 Interchange
  • Re-engineer - Development Review Process nearly complete
