In light of changing State laws, Steve has worked to protect tenant's rights.
He wrote tough new provisions into the City's tenant anti-harassment law, protecting tenants from losing their parking spaces or having to give up their pets. He is dedicated to protecting our stock of rent controlled housing while creating new affordable housing.
