  • Dark Skies Ordinance (to save taxpayers millions of dollars in wasted energy costs, preserve night viewsheds and protect wildlife corridors)
  • New Recreation Program to Address 1300 Special Needs Children
  • Formation of Ad Hoc Watershed Task Force to Ensure Landfill Safety and Monitoring
  • Exploring a New Hospital Facility with neighboring cities
  • Successfully lobbied Sacramento for critical grant funds, environmental legislation, and the first County Scenic Highway designation in 20 years in Southern CA
