Born in Los Angeles, raised in Long Beach and moved to Orange County in 1968. Lived in Irvine for twenty-five years and now reside in the City of Orange. I have worked for the County of Orange for many years, including prior to the bankruptcy, mostly in a supervisory middle management capacity.
