Role of Lt Governor

one important function of the Lt. Governor would be to oversee his efforts to remove any inadvertent barriers that preclude citizen involvement in government.
Because Dr. Eastman favors a bottoms up government, one important function of the Lt. Governor would be to oversee his efforts to remove any inadvertent barriers that preclude citizen involvement in government. That objective would be consistent with Dr. Eastman's belief that problems are best solved at the local level. While the state might necessarily provide the resources, solutions that work best come directly from the people most effected.

At this point, without specific knowledge of the other challenges, I can think of no better role for the Lt. Governor in an Eastman administration.
