Questions & Answers

1. How would you implement your top priority?

No one in our society should have to choose between food, medicine, or other daily necessities. I will work in a cooperative, bipartisan manner to benchmark existing programs in our states and also other countries, to assure that our national legislation can provide prescription drug benefits with affordable co-pays and premiums under Medicare. This national legislation must also create stronger prevention programs via NIH and CDC initiatives; and encourage comparable state and local programs.
