1. How would you implement your top priority?

While the framework is in place to strengthen our nation's public schools, we must not lose sight of our goal to Leave No Child Behind. We must continue to expand options available to parents with children in underachieving schools. And we must inject more resources into reading and teacher quality programs to ensure the stability of public schools in the years to come. Much work lies ahead, but we're off to a great start..
