  • Before moving to Hamilton County government, Dave worked in Cincinnati City Hall, first as an assistant to Mayor Roxanne Qualls,
  • then as a legislative aide for Councilwoman Minette Cooper.
  • Dave also worked for then Ohio State Treasurer J. Kenneth Blackwell in the Communications Department.
