Questions & Answers

1. How would you implement your top priority?

Promptly, fairly and appropriately managing and resolving disputes involves a multi-prong approach. My taking a "hands on" approach to my docket and cases promotes cases revolving more efficiently.

Fairness requires listening well, understanding the positions of all sides in a dispute, and deciding the case based on its merits, that is, on the evidence and the law.

Resolving cases appropriately involves offering the optimal tool (mediation, arbitration, trial) to parties, and deciding a case on the merits.
