Questions & Answers

1. How would you implement your top priority?

I treat each court participant with dignity and respect. My goal is to faithfully apply the law and to make sure I am totally impartial in deciding matters before me. As Drug Court judge I am firm and fair in my supervision of participants as they go through long term drug treatment. Drug Court treatment is a team approach involving close judicial supervision, frequent urinalysis, intense treatment and verified attendance at 12-step meetings.
