1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Dusty Rhodes:

Although the county is reportedly facing a budget crunch, excessive spending continues almost unabated. There is dreadful inconsistency in asking departments for 15% cuts in basic services while buying additional buildings, hiring new $100,000-a-year assistant administrators, and giving cash to various downtown events. As the county's bill payer, I will keep publicly questioning county spending. will show the cost of proposed tax levies on each property at current valuations.

Responses to questions asked of each candidate are reproduced as submitted to the League.  Candidates' statements are presented as submitted. Word limits for answers are 75 words for each question. Direct references to opponents are not permitted

The order of the candidates is random and changes daily.
