We are at a historic threshold of unavoidable reform in our State and across the Country. Old prejudices, double standards and blame gamming must be set aside if we are all to survive into the next century. Change can be painful and scary for many but with the right compassionate and humane leadership we so sorely need, we can together minimize the damage from the tidal wave that has been created by inadequate government and that is fast approaching. Not one person has All of the solutions but working together, really working together we can effect positive change for the better. If you really want to be part of solving the great challenges that lie ahead for all of us instead of ineffective bureaucracies making lamebrain decisions for the rest of us (using your hard earned money), then VOTE for me this November. I promise I will use every means at my parties disposal along with the help of individuals like yourself to ensure the changes are equitable for us ALL. Thank you for your support.

Education: By following the basic formula for successful government, already available money will not sit idly by while bureaucrats in endless debate take forever to decide what to do with it. When it comes to educating the thousands of children in need NOW there is no debate, put the money in the classrooms where it rightfully belongs, and where it will actively do the most good.

Employment: By not fearing to relax a few of the already enormous amounts of stifling regulations and restrictions on conducting fair business, as well as immediate tax relief to the hard-working families of San Diego and others in my district; I hope to stimulate the hearts and minds of our citizens into becoming productive again. What good is the effort in a college education -- of even a basic two year AAS degree -- if there are no jobs out there?

Energy: By penalizing instead of rewarding big industries and business who do not take the lead in conserving energy and recycling then routing the savings into research in alternative forms of energy -- I have seen too much waste in big industry and business just because they can! -- I hope to ride this energy crisis out until I can get to the root of the problem; which is government involvement in regulating energy nationwide is a dismal failure.

Through education, training and through initiatives, our state can produce enough of its own energy to serve its needs now and in the future.

Crime: By redirecting the police forces of our district from 'petty law-keeping' toward the larger problems of violent, anti-social crimes, I strongly believe we will see a measurable decrease in crime. We've just got to concentrate on catching the real criminals instead of letting them get away while our officers of the law are too busy enforcing "petty law-keeping."

URGENT MESSAGE FROM: Felix Jeremiah Miranda for California State Senate, 40th District.

Dear Friends of Liberty,

Reasons: Without your support NOW, your dreams and visions will not be fulfilled in the present political arena. You get what you Vote for and boy did we ask for it!

  • Unfriendly small business legislation.

  • Farmers, this means you too! Keep your land and grow what you want and do business your way with far less restrictive legislation.

  • Over-inflated government operating costs and 'book-cooking'.

  • Ever soaring tax increases and fees in the forms of more loan bonds on top of loan bonds, double and even triple fees for goods and services, and outright tax increases! Another way of saying this is 'legalized robbery'

  • Personal freedoms and liberties eroding in the name of `National Security' and fear.

  • Focus on the real WAR... Winning back our personal freedom against `bureaucratic governmental churches' who tell you how to forcefully life your life (using your money!) but do not practice what they preach!

Help me help you. I am willing to listen and learn from YOU! Together we can be strong. Vote in my corner and I WILL fight for you! I may be new to government, but I have common sense enough to know it is us, hard working men and women, who are being taken for a ride and footing the bill for every foolish venture of our present leaderships. Enjoy the fruits of your labor. It is time to put the breaks on the highway of law-breaking, speeding governmental powers.

A Vote for me is like telling these bullies, "I'm MAD as hell, and I'm NOT going to take it anymore!" Give me the authority to prove it; Vote for me and together let us move things in a positive direction for ourselves now and for a real future for our children.

Every two to four years at the major elections we Vote for either of the two major parties or even for just the person we feel will do the best job. And what do we get for our loyal Vote? More broken promises and a continued downward spiral of our freedoms and liberties, and more and more of our own hard earned money going up in smoke.

Remember, any vote for a third party Candidate is NOT a wasted vote but sends a LOUD message to the two major parties that you mean business and are serious about turning things around in a direction that is both positive and allows us to live our lives as we see fit; to live and die in peace without our government playing pope over our lives. Even though our party believes in the separation of Church and State, it does not mean we are not religious (or not as we choose); so may `God Bless' take care and see you all in November!!

Again, thank you in advance for your support....
