I was born in Brooklyn, New York. The first generation first born son of Hispanic parents who came to New York from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico to make a better live for themselves. I have two brothers and two sisters.

I was educated in private schools as well as public schools as we moved around a lot.

At seventeen I joined the United States Navy. I received a medical honorable discharge.

After becoming interested in computers in the late eighties, they have become my lifelong hobby as well as my profession. I truly believe they are the future. I have been servicing and learning about computers for close to thirteen years.

I have a diploma in programming and systems information technology along with awards from Programming and Systems Institute in New York. I also attended several training schools relating to electronics and computer technology receiving awards and certificates from theses as well. I also attended Bronx Community College in New York making the deans list five times and am a member of Alpha Beta Gamma. I also attended San Diego City College receiving my training certificate as well as an achievement award. Presently, I am attending Southwestern College in Chula Vista where I am working on two concurrent AAS degrees in computer science and service/repair.

I also studied the Bible intensely for seven years with the Jehovah's Witnesses. Whatever you may think about them, I feel no one is complete in education unless they have some basic knowledge of the Bible. I was raised a Roman Catholic.

Throughout the years I have been involved in many volunteer organizations such as after school activities in the community centers of the New York City Housing Authority. Eventually I was contracted to the NYCHA for computer maintenance and tutoring at the community center where I lived. I loved working with the staff and especially the kids who were the focus of the programs. One notable organization I did quite a bit of volunteering work for was the Veterans Administration Hospital for the Department of Veterans Affairs in Manhattan, New York. I have received letters and awards of recognition as well as medals from Washington, D.C. for my work with fellow veterans.

I moved to San Diego in December 1999.

I still think and meditate on all the people I can remember from as long back as I can remember and I realize that for bad or good, people really do make the world go round.

To this day, as always, I like to think of myself as sensitive to those in need and suffering needlessly as well as those trampled on by the powers that be. As I continue to see and experience first hand the injustices, inequalities and inadequacies of our present leaderships towards the very people governed it has been my desire to be in a position to do something about it.

In the early months of the year 2000, I officially registered with the National Libertarian Party and have been a loyal supporter ever since. Our home page for The National Libertarian Party
