1. If you are elected, what programs would you propose or support to serve at-risk youth who may end up in the juvenile justice system?

Answer from Richard E. Armstrong:

Give each individual a good second chance. I take a hard approach toward those who flaunt lawlessness. If they can try and go straight, I see a future for these individuals. If they choose to continue in a lawless fashion, then I see no reason why the government should continue to assist them in this lifestyle.
