I maintain a vision for Windsor's future which includes economic vitality, public safety, and improved recreation opportunities, all to continually improve our quality of life.

I have kept my campaign pledges: Windsor has adopted an urban growth boundary, achieved the lowest garbage rates in Sonoma County, expanded police services, and is constantly enhancing our infrastructure.

From its inception I was involved in the Downtown Plan which has resulted in the Town Green and mixed-use development which is revitalizing the Downtown. I believe vision and proactive planning are mandatory if we are to build a Town that we can all be proud of.

We have upgraded many of our recreational facilities, added many new neighborhood parks, funded a soon-to-be open community park, acquired Open Space Funds to expand Keiser Park by 30%, and will open a new soccer complex next spring.

After my two terms in office, Windsor has one of the largest General Fund reserves in Sonoma County, an expanding commercial tax base, new businesses and is considered one of the most desirable places to live in Sonoma County.

I pledge to maintain the successful collaberation with Windsor's School District, work toward an integrated transportation system including widening Highway 101, to continue to listen to you, to listen to the neighborhoods, and to remain open and responsive to the whole Windsor community. I remain committed to preserving and enhancing our quality of life in Windsor.

I respectfully ask for your vote on November 5th. Thank you.
