Restore Functionality to Council Meetings

As your Mayor I will insist on courtesy to the public, staff and fellow council members at all times.
It would be my goal to restore civility to City Hall. If civility is unachievable then, as your Mayor I will certainly insist on functionality. Recent meetings have not allowed the public, staff, or many council members the opportunity to conduct the peoples business in a professional manner. We may not all agree on all the issues, indeed we may never all agree on any of the issues, but we must reach a point where we agree to disagree. This philosophy will allow us to solve the problems we will face. I will provide the proven effective leadership, and do whatever it takes to accomplish this mission. When you elect me as Mayor on November 5th you will give me the mandate to get this done.
