Information shown below:

To provide funds needed to improve aging school facilities, including electrical/fire safety, plumbing, heating, lighting and major system renovations; modernize older classrooms; add permanent classrooms, kindergartens and day care; build new library/media technology centers; improve security, seismic safety and handicapped access; and replace portable classrooms, shall the Rincon Valley Union School District be authorized to issue $30,000,000 in bonds at interest rates not exceeding the statutory limit for construction, improvement, acquisition and renovation of school facilities and grounds.
