Information shown below:

To enable Mark West Union School District to bring existing schools up to standard, including to modernize classrooms; improved electrical systems and access to technology, make health and safety improvements; upgrade pluming, restrooms, heating, ventilation and air conditioning; replace roofing; and construct classrooms; and to qualify for State funds for eligible projects; shall the District issue $11,000,000 in bonds, at interest rates within the statutory limit, with annual audits, a citizens'oversight committee and no money for administrators' salaries?
