This is a copy of information submitted to elections officials by the candidate

MOSES WEBB Age: 59

Occupation: Retired Police Officer

Education and Qualifications:

I have lived in East Palo Alto for 39 years and I am a young senior. I graduated from Golden Gate University in San Francisco with a Masters Degree in Public Administration.

I believe I am the best candidate and I will work with other council members to make East Palo Alto the best place to live on the peninsula. While working as a police officer, I authored and negotiated a program with HUD that saved the government $90,000.00 over a three month period. This program also provided summer jobs for some East Palo Alto teens. I developed and instructed an introduction to law enforcement program at Menlo Atherton High School. I was chairman of the East Palo Alto Public Safety Board and I served as a member of the Romic Chemical watchdog group.

If you choose to elect me my goals are to: reduce city operational cost by 10%, develop more youth program pertaining to education and job development, decrease commute traffic through our neighborhoods, develop a fair equitable plan for public transportation commute parking and to reduce law suits against the city.

On November 5th cast your vote for "THE WEBB" We can pull the city together.
