As a longtime resident, I believe our City's future depends on having a committed person representing all residents and not just a few. Drawing lines in the sand, listening with deaf ears and verbal attacks on our residents will be a sign of the past. From my experience in management and as a Planning Commissioner, I know how to ask the right questions and where to get the right answers.

Everyday throughout our community we see the negative impacts of growth without economic balance. Many children go unsupervised, without parental guidance close at hand. Our city services are over extended and our commuters are tired. Timing is crucial. We sit at the crossroads. We can continue residential sprawl, making Tracy a bedroom community, without enough Head of Household jobs to support our residents, or we can make our prioities, economic development and balanced housing.

I support the review of our residential growth policies by revisiting and rewriting our General Plan (UMP), our housing element has been out of compliance since the requirement was established. We must ensure solid economic development to protect our quality of life. Vote for me as a member of City Council that will protect the quality of our community.
