Every person who steps within the boundaries of the court system should receive individual attention. They should be informed of their Constitutional Rights and be treated with respect and dignity. Each case is unique and should be viewed individually with regards to disposition and not impersonally. The court process, for most people, is frightening and a major life event. Some current commisioners and judges dispose of cases impersonally and without emotion. The respect of the judicial system suffers when this type of approach is utilized.
