Jeff's ability to communicate effectively, his attention to detail, and his dedication to provide a high quality product will enable him to serve the citizens of Manteca using a fair and analytical approach. Jeff is attempting to campaign on his own, with no outside sources of funding. His philosophy is two-fold.

Times are tough for everyone and every dollar counts. If a person decides to campaign for office, they should do so on their own accord. Campaign contributions equate to obligations. He believes that one is obligated to vote a certain way on key issues once funds have exchanged hands. Once in office, Jeff will be obligated to no one, allowing him to vote based on the merit of the issue, not on the size the contribution.
