A Superior Court Judge must make many important decisions that affect individuals directly and indirectly. A Judge must be sensitive to the impact a decision will have on every one involved with a particular case, including victims.

I will invest the time and energy to reach a fair decision on each case and continue to treat everyone involved in a case with fairness, courtesy and respect.

Judges are in a position to personally observe attorneys in court and learn about their character, reputation and whether a particular individual has the integrity, disposition and temperament to make an excellent Judge. Based on over 20 years of experience working in the courtrooms of Santa Clara County I have earned the public endorsement of over 40 Judges.

Who is in the best position to know which individual has the experience, integrity and temperament to make an excellent Judge?

I submit that Judges should know first hand the qualities, attributes, and temperament, necessary to make an excellent Judge.

The extraordinary public support from our Judges that I have earned says more than I could possibly say in any effort to articulate to you why I am the most qualified candidate.

In addition to this remarkable support from Judges I have vast support from the legal community. I am endorsed by the Santa Clara County Bar Association; the Women Lawyers Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association; the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association; the Rainbow Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association; and La Raza Lawyers Association. [Please view full endorsement list.]

Finally, based on my extensive in-court litigation experience, I understand the impact judicial decisions can have not only on the litigants, but their families, friends, the victims and their families, and the community. Everyone should expect that any person appearing before a Judge will be treated with respect and dignity, and receive a fair hearing on their case.
