PROFILE Results-oriented management and professional development coach with eight years experience leading, designing and implementing interventions and programs for small and large corporation on leadership, team building, accountability, effective communication, conflict resolution, collaborative negotiations, sales, public speaking, and culture design.

RESULTS · Designed and implemented a 3.5 day program on accountability and committed partnerships, which has been used throughout seven companies for the past 5 years. · Trained both management and union negotiating teams of a $1.2 billion international mining company prior to collective bargaining. This led to a final contract in 30 days, averting a lengthy contentious negotiation and an expected strike. · Trained the project development team, construction team and operations team of a new $350 million gold mine in collaborative negotiations, committed partnerships and 100% accountability. This led to the new mine being completed $30 million under budget and 3 months ahead of schedule, with 50% less start-up discrepancies and no down time. · Trained and coached two key executives, of a $14.7 billion insurance company, in collaboration and accountability. This resolved the tension in their 3-year relationship, which had caused discord and inter-departmental conflict. One of the executives said that had this conflict not resolved, she would have resigned, which would have cost the company at least $150,000 # 200,000 in turnover costs. · Trained and coached a key executive to sell an idea on a $260 million construction project to the board of directors, which saved the company $30 million in costs and 3 months of down time. · Mediated a successful resolution of a sexual harassment dispute between a male supervisor and a female subordinate, which included major cultural issues. This averted a lawsuit, which would have resulted in costs (legal, turn over, and workplace disruption) over $200,000. · Coached senior partner of an interior design firm to negotiate a deal that came in 6 months ahead of projection and with 40% more revenue than projected. · Coached general manager of a $150 million clothing company to significantly increase her effectiveness in dealing with difficult employees in a high stress work environment.
