My service as your incumbent water district Director, and the reasons I would like your support are outlined in this paper.For the last four years, I have been your Director of the San Juan Water District. I understand the issues that are before the Board of Directors, and I bring experience, dedication, and energy to this job. I was recently introduced at a forum as "The Director who always does his homework". I have taken a leadership role in all recent regional and local water planning efforts. These projects are aimed at assuring your family a reliable, affordable,and high quality water supply. That's worth working for! My wife Elizabeth and I have lived in the San Juan Water District for 28 years, and we work hard to maintain the quality of our community. We are long-time members of the League of Women Voters.
