  • I have spent my entire professional career as a consultant in water supply planning and management with emphasis on supply reliability,
  • drinking water quality, and equitable rates; all top priorities in our water district.
Top Priorities if Elected
  • Current important issues that I will work on are: Cost increases that are not recognized in the current financial plan or water rates;
  • District leadership and management continuity; Drinking water quality issues related to groundwater use and new requirements;
  • Implementation of mandated water meter program.
