Who I am and What I can do for the City of Banning!
Hi!

My Name is Anthony Weatherbee. I am 36 years old and have lived in Banning for the last eight years. I am married to a lovely woman named Pamela Sutton Weatherbee a retired Banning High School Enghlish teacher, who taught here in Banning for twenty years. Together we own a fully paid for home in what I consider to be the heart of Banning between 8th st. and 12th st. on Williams st.

I have an Associates Degree in Telecommunications and worked for G.T.E/Verizon as a pole man. Just after an accident where I had two back discs removed, I find my self as a full time college stundent for the second time in my life. This time I am going for an Associates Degree in Office Adminastration,Computter Science and Political Ecomonics.

As a boy ,I was in Boy Scouts, where in Buck Skin Leadership Training I was taught to be a good leader, fisrt one must be a great follower of the needs and wants of the people you are leading, for if you fullfill their needs their wants will freely follow. As a home owner in down town Banning I hear the screaming needs of Banning residents! I hear we need a better police department that will cacth drug dealers running rapid in Banning,we need an Animal Control that does what we pay them for, we need a store down town, we need jobs,we need a bowling alley, we need a skating rink, and most of all I hear Banning's crying need for funds to properly run the city.

If elected as your new city councilman, I promise that these screams of needs will not fall on deaf ears. I will work to be a good leader for the city of Banning, by spending every minute of my spare time working for you the people of Banning to make Banning the city it could and should be. Thank you for your time and your vote.
