Education Bachelor of Science Degree from Arizona State University: Major: Accounting 1977. Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of California. 40 hours of class work per year in Auditing, Accounting, Computer systems and Tax Law.

Experience Accounting: Designed and implemented sophisticated computer accounting systems, advised on personnel management issues. Trained personnel and authored personnel and accounting manuals.

Auditing: Corporate and Government entities including design of audit programs and questionnaires for Financial, Performance, and Fraud audits. Director of Audit Committee including high level CPA's to clerical personnel Issued audit opinions and recommendations for problem resolution. Served as expert witness on accounting and computer issues.

Management: Full responsibility for 43 staff members including assessment of employment needs. Created job descriptions, wrote related manuals, as well as, authored/presented in-house instructional programs

Computer Systems: Computer experience started when the first IBM hard drive desktop hit the market in 1983. Attend classes annually to maintain skills in the most current computers. systems. These skills have been applied in all aspects of my professional career including the establishment of a paperless office.

Government Involved with the legislative process as an officer of the Beverly Hills, West LA chapter, and the LA Sunset District of BPW (Business and Professional Women) and as a 5 year member of the Desert Hot Springs City Council. State Board of Accountancy qualified government auditor.
